Founded in 1995, Detora specializes in metals analysis and monitoring using X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) technology.
Detora’s premier product is the On-line Corrosion Product/Metals Monitor (OCPM) which provides continuous measurement of ppb and ppt level metals in fluid streams. This monitoring system was invented by Detora’s founder and incorporates technology patented and developed for the electric power industry under the sponsorship of EPRI, the Electric Power Research Institute.
Detora analyzers can be used off-line for laboratory analysis of samples. This is an economical way for a new user to get started with the technology since the analyzer can be upgraded to an on-line system.
Detora also receives corrosion product samples from many power plants and performs sample analysis in its laboratory facilities.
